It's hard to see what he could be betting that isn't a straight, unless he's bluffing something like AT. His post-flop aggression is so low - he's a trapper, not a better. I think this is a straight at least 90% of the time - he'd probably c/c 2 pair.

Do you know that he's weak or is that an assumption from the stats?

If I think I have enough equity to call the river bet (probably not), I call but I'm never ever pushing. I can recover from 500 chips.
