this was full ring game and the table was playing exceptionally tight with some overall great skill and technique one of the best tables I have ever sat at... Villian in this case was the "shark" of the table from what i could tell and previously double barreled to catch a straight on river with Q9s....
I have about $725 on buttom with KK and raise to $25.. one limper behind me sb fold and bb raises to $75... limper folds and i re-raise to $250... bb all in $1500... i call and he shows AA villan wins.. when he went all in I knew he would only do that with aces but i just couldnt believe i was up against AA when in the same day earlier i had lost an all in pre flop AA v AA and the other guy wins with a flush.. who folds KK here? |

I think you'll see AA there 99% of the time after the 5th bet, if he is the "shark" at the table I don't think he's overplaying QQ or AK. I know you put in 1/3 of your stack but I do think you can get away from it.

This thread should be in a strategy forum. If you are sure opponent has AA then you should always fold kk.
