Default Deep 3 Str. Bluff @ Live NYC 5/5 Game

This is a live 5/5 game in Queens, NY that has been very good with a decent amount of action. I have been playing very TAG, and I feel that to my opponent I am a nit. I also think that the villain thinks that I'm playing with scared money for some reason. Villain is a thinking LAG and has been raising in position a ton, and bluffing a decent amount. He is too loose, and too aggressive. He has never seen me make a complex bluff. I have yet to 3 bet him pre flop tonight as I have really been pretty card dead when he has raised. He has played high stakes, but my read is that he really does not want to lose the stack in front of him.

Hero: 2800
Villain: 2700

Ten Handed Game

Straddle UTG to 10, Villain Raises to 50 in MP2, Fold to Hero on the button with K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] to 160, Villain Calls.

Flop A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 : [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Villain Checks, Hero bets 175, Villain Raises to 375,
Hero Calls.

Turn: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain Checks, Hero bets 400, Villain Calls.

River: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Villain Checks, Hero goes All In for villains remaining 1765

Flop is really marginal with your image.

Turn is such an obvious check.

And your bet sizing is pretty bad.

I was thinking of checking behind on the turn, but my read on him was that if he's checking the turn here it's either to control the pot or because he's giving up.

Why is the flop play marginal with my image? I would thinking floating with the intention of taking it away later is a lot better when I have a tight image.

What do you think his range is after his preflop call of your 3-bet and his flop check-raise with your nitty image?

His pre flop call is super wide pre flop any pair, any suited connector or 1 gapper, AT+. On the flop his range is also very wide.

Like I said he's too loose and too aggressive, often without merit to be. He's not an idiot though....

Pre on Long Island (ive played a lot of 1-2 to 5-10 in a lot of clubs) I'd make it 175 pre but thats kinda nit picky.

Im firing like 280 at that flop and shutting down if called or c/r.

As far as the rest of the hand I hate it and river is very meh, looks like desperation which it is and doesnt follow your betsizing throughout.
