Default Facing min. raises on flop with strong hands

Sry for not having the hand histories, I requested an email but for whatever reason I did not get them and I'm too lazy to go through the folders to find them. So here they are to the best of my recollection.

Both are from the Empire 22's.

Hand #1:

level 1(blinds 10/15), I'm UTG+1 and have A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], no reads on anyone. Stacks are all at about 800

I raise to 80, two cold calls and BB calls

Flop:J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img](pot is ~320)

I bet 200, first cold caller raise to 400, folded to me, I ?

Hand #2:

Level 4(blinds 50\100), six players still in, I'm BB with ~900 and J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Folded to SB(~1400) who limps, I check. SB has limped every time it has been folded to us in the blinds and in general is losse passive.

Flop:J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

SB bets 100, I raise to 300, SB raises to 500, I ?

I have ~500 left and the blinds will still be 50/100 when they make it back around to me

Hand 1, smooth call (if you didn't have the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], I might think differently though).

Hand 2, I wouldn't have raised after his bet, I would just flat call, extremely dry flop anyway.

I call, the turn is a non [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] brick, a two or four or six or something like that. I check and he bets enough to put me all in.

Hand #2, I like the idea of calling the flop. What would the plan be for the rest of the hand?
