Default NL25, flopped set called my ch/raise turn play?

Villain is a nit 9/7/2 ..

After his call on flop, and turn brings an Ace, may I think I should fold my sets? AK is the only hand I can beat here..

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $24.00
Hero (BB): $24.55
UTG: $52.20
CO: $60.85
BTN: $31.25

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, CO folds, BTN raises to $1.25, SB calls $1.15, Hero calls $1.00, UTG folds

Flop: ($4) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $3.50, SB calls $3.50, Hero raises to $12.50, BTN calls $9.00, SB folds

Turn: ($32.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

the A doesn't really change anything unless he has exactly AA. you also beat more than AK here. i'm putting the rest of my chips in on the turn, as the only hands that beat TT here are AA/KK/QJ.

1. I squeeze with 10-10 here pre-flop to about $4
2. I do not check a board like that with a set -- I bet near pot size
3. You are beating way more hands than you think
4. What's the villain's attempt-to-steal-blinds %? He may very well be on a steal
5. Your passive play did not define your hand and therefore you have no idea where you stand.

Att. steal is 14%

But you r right I should isolate preflop.
I check the flop because hes Cont bet stat is 100%! Time for a check raise because SB is still in the game.

You can definately argue for a check-raise here, but I think a better spot would be in a heads-up pot where a c-bet is pretty much guaranteed rather than in a multiway pot considering the board. Maybe if the board was a bit dryer I would like the check-raise more. Plus, in any other spot since it is a multiway pot and the BTN is somewhat profficient, he would not object to taking a free card for his draw (AQ).

Your check raise should have been bigger since the sb called the first bet. He had to call $9 for a $22 pot.

Make it more like 16-17 to make sure he doesn't have odds, but I'm not sure if villain is aware of the pot odds or not and you are not leaving anything substantial to bet the turn (probably not deep enough to check raise).

On the turn you have what? $11 left? into a $32 pot? I think you are beating him more then 1/3 of the time here ... shove.

I would have put a pot-sized bet on the flop, and push on turn. Prime opportunity to cash in. My feeling here is he has Jacks or Nines, which you beat.
