Its bvb. a lot of people call any pair there. And handreading should tell you were are ahead the vast majority of the time there.

Checking this river is vv nitty IMO. Betting is way better if we are folding to the push

sorry to beat this to death, but, what if this isnt bvb. What if villan is in CO? How about UTG? Still a bet on the river? I know the action looks a lot like we are ahead on this board, but his range is def tighter in a non bvb battle.

Do you expect villain to call here with 77-88? The board isn't too awesome for a valuebet here with TT imo. There's not too many weaker hands here that will call a river bet.

I'd expect him to fire on the turn with a hand like Axcc to get you to fold mid pairs. A 9 probably also puts in more money on the turn.
He might have something like 34cc / 35cc / 45s that doesn't want to get blown off his hand by a turn raise or a tricky 66.
A missed diamond draw is also possible.
It's kinda close but I think I wuss out and fold here.

Havent bothered posting anything on this forum, even though I have read some. Anyway, the hand was against me. No comments about that but I think you played this one really well. Everything was good, the threebet followed by "I hope you get aids", the snapcall and the instaleave afterwards.

wow i definitely find a call at least some non-trivial percentage of the time.

edit: you not being the pfr changes things quite a bit and i probably fold a lot more.
