How do I play these starting hands from EP early on?
During the 10/20 and 15/30 levels I am always confused about how to play the following hands from early position (only when I am folded to or UTG) , or whether I should be playing them at all:
AQo, AJs, AJo, ATs, QKs, KJs, QJs, and JTs. Any advice = appreciated. |

AQo - maybe, the rest are all trap hands.

I fold, unless I've got a read that they are weak and passive who'll likely fold if I bet AQo on the button. Then it's still not worth the blinds. I steal agaisnt people I have a read on with AQ on lvl 3 and 4.

If you play low level SNGs, they are all instafolds but people play AQ differently. Some raise, some fold, some call, some mix. But basically AQ is the borderline hand; anything less is a fold.

Re: How do I play these starting hands from EP early on?
i don't like calling with AQ, it leads into tough spots when you hit TPTK/TPGK and don't know whether villain just overplays his TPBK or has two pair+.
so i just instamuck all of them from EP. |

Re: How do I play these starting hands from EP early on?
I'd limp AQ, probably limp KQs and AJs if its a soft table. Fold the rest.
I wouldn't be raising any of these hands |
