Flush vs Possible Full House?

I think fold. You have no reads. You played the hand exactly like a flush is likely too (calling the flop, raising the turn) and villian is still willing to push (for 2X the pot at that). You have to have the best hand here 40% of the time to call this, I don't think you do. Villian is saying he can beat your flush. Maybe not with a boat, but with a bigger flush also. 9 high makes this an easy fold for me. A bigger flush, maybe I would be more inclined to call.
