Damn, I am so tired of being weak. I really suck playing overpairs. Everybody is always getting stacked with QQ+ and this almost never happens to me. But I feel like everyone in the table is always bluff me.
Any thoughts?

Thanks

Why didn't you 3bet him pf ? Playing this way you don't get much information about his possibles hands...

I think 3betting him pf is the best play. You have a reasonble hand against a mini raise pf, so you bet and get some information. If you don't have reads and he push after your 3bet, may be you should fold. If he just called, you see the flop and then make an easier decision.

If you are not re-raising preflop, it should be to under represent your hand should you get a flop like this. Sure, he can have AA or KK here, but he can also easily have 99, TT, JJ, AK etc. I would raise the flop to $11 or $12 and fold to a push.

It would actually be a 4-bet pf. I don't mind just calling here but like Mack said, if you do and the flop comes rags you've gotta at least make that strong flop raise.

Yea if he re-reraises PF its a 4bet not a 3bet.

Against an unkown, we can't be folding here, just way to weak...

Wait, how would that be a 4-bet? I must have had that term wrong all-along but I thought it was the number of raises -- are you counting the limper or what?

I think a call(of the big blind) = a bet.

So call = 1 bet, raise = 2 bet, re-raise = 3bet etc.
