at the 20/40 blind level i'm not looking to get involved in a big pot with a marginal draw. I fold the flop. You're OOP with mid pair, no kicker, and a 10 hi flush draw. I'd go even further and stress you fold this preflop, but you asked about post flop play. So IMHO i fold the flop w/o thinking twice, esp. after a bet and a raise.

Fold preflop.

Fold flop once UTG+2 raises. You're a slight favourite against a higher pair and UTG gave you nice odds, but now there are two villains in the hand who like their chances enough to bet and raise. You're now more likely to be up against a set, 2 pair, combo draws with higher spades, it looks like it will be costly to get to the river and you won't have anything like the nuts even if you hit which could make the river very expensive.

Fold.

Just fold before the flop. A hand like T6s will get you into too many marginal situations. You want big edges on the hands you play this early in the SNG.

Also, def. fold to the reraise on the flop. You might be getting okay odds on the call, but sometimes UTG will throw in another raise and you'll be forced to fold.
