FTP down again?

I'm trying to sign onto FT and it goes to the software update, but won't let me dl. Error message is something about not being able to unzip the file. Now it won't let me sign on at all........again. Anybody else have problems?

Thanks.....I figured as much. This site sometimes goes days at a time without allowing me to log on. Support just says, "check your firewall", which makes no sense to me because if it were a firewall issue, the site wouldn't work most of the time like it does.

I have had the same problem on one of my computers. I couldn't figure out how to fix the problem.

Sometimes I log into FTP and the client randomly freezes, won't let me enter my details or anything. It's annoying.
