2/4 - 3bet pot, push him off or showdown?

Villain is bufo523, running 20/18 for the session over a decent sample. He's 3-bet me a few times because I've got a fairly preflop aggro image and have folded for the most part.

Meh I think we are definetely behind against his range. I'm liking a valuebet bluff here, something around $120-$160.

Turn check + another K on the river = he doesn't fold ~TT

Don't think there's enough value for a KQ turn bet so I'd likely check through and value bet the river if checked to again.
