if its more than 10k then the irs will be notified and ur friend will have to pay taxes on that money, Im guessing u are under 18 or u are usaing a 2nd account

My friend tried to send me $100 over FT without depositing. He got an e-mail saying the maximum you can send is $50 without depositing.

A "heeb" is a run up of a bankroll... nothing to do with a scam.
DO NOT CHIP DUMP, unless you just dont value your money...
Fulltilt wont allow the xfer to go through to someone who has never deposited
You can either wait until you are 18 and make a legitimate account under your name, make a deposit and play some, and then xfer the money to the new acc OR find someone who plays regularly and cashes out their own money too, get them to allow you to xfer your money to them and have them process the cashout for you (obv option 1 is best if you can wait). This will be the only way of "getting around" ftp's monitoring. It is possible if they are watching close enough or you get unlucky enough that they will catch either option 1 or 2 anyways...

BOTTOMLINE (hurts to say it): your not 18... you shouldnt be playing
