So let's say OP raises preflop to $10...

-A villain AI = fold, correct?
-A villain call then PSB on flop = what?

As played villain = KQ, AA, QQ/JJ, KJ, AK in that order correct? Air seems unlikely given Agg Factor of 1, no?

You left out the 70-80% where villain folds and we rake the pot pre-flop. 11% is huge from the cut-off

No, I really am asking what to do in those other situations. Agreed, villain folds often to a repop, but when he doesn't what do we do?

I don't feel a huge need to repop this flop personally. Seem we are way ahead or way behind. The only real draw is QT, and a possible AQ for a 4 card straight draw.

Are we trying to get our stacks in? Not me...

I'd just call and utilize my position on him.

1. It depends on feel at the table for me whether I call his AI with AK. You've got enough invested that pot odds are laying you to call for anything QQ- I can stand a little variance.... EDIT: (my opinion, no facts to back this up) I think at these limits that you get RR AI often enough by a green player with AJ or AQ even AT, KQ, I saw j4s last night..... to make up for the times when you are up against aces or kings. They are also 50% less likely to hold AA or KK when we have AK in your hand... Goes from 6 possible combinations for AA or KK to 3 possible I think....

2. With that flop? RR AI and fist pump.

If villian has 18/11/1 and the sample size is reliable, then he probably isn't moving in with less than AA. I'm sure he can C Bet without anything, but frankly i'd be a bit concerned if we called and he bet out on the turn. I don't think i'd let go of it usually, but I think i'd be looking to showdown cheap.

As played, raising pot commits you. And if he pushes, you are beat.

Raise PF. it makes this hand a lot easier.
