i hate to bring up an old ass thread but i just re-read it and i figured you guys might want to hear the aftermath. plus i actually read and headed some of your advice so i figured you deserve an update.

point 1: fighting him in the frat is a stupid idea--- this point was well made by a few posters and this was a good point, the very best case scenario in this situation would have resulted in major hassels and the worst case scenario was me getting stomped.

point 2: friend not laying down ass-beating right there--- another kinda legit point, though less so cause i was with only one other buddy who is pretty little and i wouldn't count on for much help in any situation, and the guy who knee'd me straight ran away full speed and his friends followed quickly, so not a lot one little guy could do.

point 3: is also well taken, in that as soon as a fight starts it is up to you to get in there and throw whatever you have that hurts the most instantly. this is something i've learned from being down here, and a bit from these posts. i came from a fairly small town in Canada and came to the States to play hockey, and where i'm from there are rules to fights well beyond high school and any shot to the groin would never be acceptable. even the oldtimers in barfights fight just like a hockey fight, basically only throwing bombs to the head. i have since found that that is not how things are done down here, and that when a fight starts anything goes and hopefully the other guy(s) doesn't have a weapon. this very important advice was passed on by a few 2+2ers and i wish i had followed it immediatly, although i was lucky enough to recognize this before i got into any really scary situations.

anyways, the aftermath of the knee to the balls: sorry, probably a bit of a dissapointment. i followed some decent advice, me and a buddy scouted his frat for a day, figured out which car was his, then slashed his tires and keyed his car and smashed his windshield. i figure this is fair repayment for a classless move like a knee to the balls, and it did not result in a bloodbath in his frat house (i.e. my blood being spilt all over the house). it's been a while since this happened, and he doesn't seem to have figured out who [censored] up his car, so as long as he doesn't read 2+2 it seems like all should be good.
