Default Full house. What action on river?

Cryptologic - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $106.00
BB: $84.55
UTG: $64.35
MP: $6.15
CO: $50.67
BTN: $60.88

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, CO calls $0.50, BTN calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.25, BB checks

Flop: ($2) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)
Hero checks, BB checks, CO checks, BTN bets $1.00, Hero calls $1.00, 2 folds

Turn: ($4) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $2.50, BTN raises to $6.00, Hero raises to $18.00, BTN calls $12.00

River: ($40) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $42.00

So, my thoughts about this hand:
Probably, I could raise PREflop, but I think it is close with calling in multiway pot with poket pair having only set value at SB.
Flop. Board is dry, so I decided to slowplay. Didnot wanted to check-raise, because button could easyly tried a steal, so I let him improve.
Turn. I hope he catches with King so I bet out. I am happy when he raises and I reraise.
River. Another king gives me fullhouse, but...if he had 2 pair on turn I am beat now. I decided to bet allin because there are more simple trip kings, that will call than fullhouses with kings that beat me. If I bet less and he has fullhouse he would pushed and I also have to call.

Comments please. Criticues welcome.

Your reasoning seems sound to me.
Personally I prefer to raise preflop.

hmm, agree with ren about raising preflop, and the fact that you didn't makes me hate you slowplaying this hand on this flop. as far as the river, i'd probably bet a little less, maybe ~26-30 to induce calls/a shove.

check the river. If he has a K, he'll bet, you raise and he calls 100% of the time. If he has a boat you get busted anyway. But if maybe he had a hand like 56 of spades, he'll throw a bluff out there. I don't see how it could cost you money, but checking could make you a little more.

Oops. I dont think so. Remember I reraised him when king came? He had to put me on king large percent of time. If he had King with low kicker he could easily check the river.
