Default bankroll for pro play

To play professional poker playing only SNGs what is the minimum amount of buy ins for single tabling. what about for multi tabling? For example would it require 20 buy ins per open table or something like that?
Also does ones ROI play a role in how many buy ins you should have?

The FAQ has guidelines about this.

But, basically you don't need more buy-ins simple because you are playing more tables. Playing 10 at a time, is really no different then playing 10 in a row.

Where the difference comes is that your play suffers when you add more tables. So, your ROI drops. When your ROI drops, your variance will be higher. Has a result you will need more buy ins to take the swings.

But, it is certainly not a 1:1 ratio. Ie, you shouldn't need many more buy ins if you are playing 4 or 6 tables at a time.
