Default Is my 3 bet bad?

In retrospect I hate my 3 bet... blind is all in... do I just flat call and start a separate pot? Did I ef this up or am I thinking to greedy?

I like a smooth call here but that's just me...if I have AA, whatever I can do to get an opponent to come in with me for big pots in tournaments these days is what I do.
