villian is solid running 23/16/4, ive 3 bet him twice and he folded preflop on one and on the flop on the other... I wanted to check/raise the turn but I also thought if he had AK he would be calling down it i bet again, thoughts?

I make the flop $90 to go with these stacks, but I also bet that with my bluffs too. If villain is solid I doubt he bet/calls the turn with AK here so I vote to just keep hammering with another 3/4 PSB.
