When players are all-in, hands are turned over, of course. However hands that go to showdown without all-in do not show the mucked hand in the HH. Buzz

Seems if they have already decided to use such a feature they should be able to implement it in a couple weeks or so without too much trouble. Also, why on earth would you need to e-mail cust-serv every single day of the week?
