Default check raise turn with a boat? NL 100

I have been raising his sb limps a good amount, including the bb immediately before this one.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Hero (BB): $152.05
SB: $38.60

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB calls $0.50, Hero raises to $4.00, SB calls $3.00

Flop: ($8) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $5.00, SB calls $5.00

Turn: ($18) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB bets $7.00, Hero raises all-in to $143.05

Fishy move imho. Sure 99% of the time an 8 will call you, but there are many other hands to extract value from. Unless the river is an action killer like 7 or 10 of spades, the 8 will probably pay you off anyways.

Note; i dont mind CR-ing, just not all-in

Looks OK... I'd rather bet the turn. He's not going anywhere with a king or even a draw since he's so short.

no one has ever folded to a check-raise against me on turn or river. you get paid off here like 99% of the time.

let's say you play it differently:

raise to 24 and open push all rivers. do you see what hands you gain some value from vs. pushing here? are there many hands you lose value from?

you can also go 24 and v bet river 50ish... although i think vbet and push are close on river should you play it that way

edit:
christ i confused the title. sorry, i thought you were both deep (i think a thread above said middle set deep) lol this is good

betting 14 in front and pushing river is also good

Seems good to me because of the stack size. I think your line is fine though, although it screams strength, no? If you would do this with some kings too, I think its ok.
