I know that 150 hands isn't much but I don't think a guy who runs 18/1/1.5 is going to be shoving busted draws over a river c/r, even if it is tiny.

Also in my experience guys that are 18/1 can definitely limp AA/QQ here, especially on the button. They like to think they're "trapping."

I think there is a chance he will call a river c/r with AQ (obv dependent on your image), and def 67, but I think that those spots are outweighed by the times he has AA/QQ/77. It would not be outrageous for a guy to check through AQ here, only because all the big draws missed.
