Fairly standard hand, optimal line?

Villain is TAG multitabling regular, haven't played much with him but he probably sees me as TAG.

Yes, but those hands I'm ahead of already. I don't know how often he'll fold a better Q or an ace here, if ever. I did end up c/r'ing, but after thinking about it maybe c/c c/c c/f UI would be better. Here's the entire hand (I promise I'm not being results oriented)

I don't like the flop cap, I'd rather preserve the implied odds and not get in this crappy spot on the turn when we miss.

i would cc flop altho its marginal either way

flop cap is pretty bad ur pretty clearly behind his 3bet range and u make the rest of the hand harder to play

I check call this flop when i'm running bad, and it tends to help me continue to "run bad."

If you are not making a play at this pot at some point in the hand either a)your opponent should be a ridiculous showdown monkey who fights for every single pot and plays erratically or b) you are playing weakly.

I checkraise the flop, and don't cap when three bet. obviously there are many better hands that he can fold (pocket pairs, JT, KJ, KT, K9, etc...) and even if you have the best hand check calling isn't going to help you win the hand if he decides to triple barrel.

I dont like cc on this flop because if we hit turn - which we will do about 1 in 3 - we want action and we are out of position so we want to be the 1 who now should bet.

If he 3bets flop, we call and we hit turn, should we checkraise or donk?

c/c down ui and c/r if we improve. this is because we have something to showdown, have tons of outs if behind, and if villain is behind he has very few outs. perhaps this is too simple of a way to be looking at it.
