Default How to play low/medium pocket pair in tight table?

Im in trouble in 25/50 when i have pocket pair for example EP,MP position.I dont get "set value" ,becouse preflop % is 20-25%Any ideas?fold,open raise?

raise pf, continuation bet, fold to any resistance.

Lets say someone calls my raise in LP have 55.Flop T92
I do cont bet.99% there will be always"reraise" or "call".Nobody gives away pot against CB.

call down and see what's the range of hands that they are raising you on the flop and if necessary start 3 bet the muthas. or just play it like a nit ABC poka.
