Stalingrad (defense game)

Help please. I've tried this thing about ten times now and can't even pass the first chapter (German Invasion). The best I've done is level 29 or so.

Completed the 'German Invasion' level:



Lvl 29 is tough, lvl 30 last level with only 1 creep.

So I assume those are cannons and turrets you have? Maybe that's where I've been going wrong. I've been trying to max out bunkers.

Spoiler in white:

<font color="white">Start with the two cannons, upgrade to lvl 3, kill everything wave 1-4.
Get artillerie at lvl 5, upgrade immediately to lvl 2, place north of line 8, where road goes up.
Get flak before lvl 6 and place it directly north or south of artillerie.

All flak and artillerie.

The rest of the game is easy, you only need artillerie and flak.</font>

Game needs a bit of tweaking.

by following your plan with the placements shown in your screenshot, I was able to kill exactly zero creeps on level 2

You have to immediately upgrade the first cannon to level 2.

They actually get EASIER after the first mission (you start with more gold).

Here are two hints to beating the game:

<font color="white">1)Use artillery and upgrade it to the max as soon as possible. 3 or 4 maxed out will clear almost every level.

2) Know when the airplanes are coming (Levels 6, 13, 17, 21 and 28. Make sure you have some $ for Flak guns. After L28 you can sell off your Flaks.</font>

ok, I beat it all. Even though I only killed one creep on level 29 of Stalingrad...
