Do I bet the flop and if so how much?

I had no reads since the game just started and since I'm not playing on my own pc I had no software runnin. Sharkscope says UTG+1 is en small loser over a small sample and CO is en fish over a relatively small sample.

Letting someone with a single heart get a free card would be a blunder IMO. I would bet 2/3 the pot.
