Default NL10 : Two hands...two different situation

Hand #1. There's not that big of an analysis on this hand but I wanted to post it anyway just to make sure of my play. I'm completely confused.

UTG = 45 hands - 78.7 V$IP - 27.7 Pre-Flop Raise.
BB = 59 hands - 27.1 V$IP - 8.5 Pre-Flop Raise.

As played, is it that easy of a fold on flop here? I was wondering if calling here is more EV+ in the long run.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 7 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $36.70
BB: $8.00
UTG: $11.10
Hero (UTG+1): $11.75
MP: $9.70
CO: $1.20
BTN: $9.70

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J (7 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $0.40</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, 4 folds, BB calls $1.15, UTG calls $0.85

Flop: ($3.80) 6 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T (3 Players)
BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $3.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises all-in to $6.75</font>, UTG calls $6.75, Hero folds

Turn: ($20.30) 6 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

River: ($20.30) 6 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $20.30 ($1 Rake)

Hand #2. I think I played well my hand until the river. I tried to get more coins from my villain but it is better in this situation, because I hit Top2 on the river, I should shove instead of value-betting. VB &gt; Shove?

MP2 = 103 hands - 14.6 V$IP - 3.9 Pre-Flop Raise.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $28.30
BB: $16.30
UTG: $16.80
UTG+1: $2.00
MP1: $5.30
MP2: $18.05
MP3: $10.95
CO: $9.05
Hero (BTN): $16.85

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (9 Players)
3 folds, MP2 calls $0.10, 2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.40</font>, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.30

Flop: ($0.95) K 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 (2 Players)
<font color="red">MP2 bets $0.40</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.20</font>, MP2 calls $0.80
Uncalled bet of $0.00 returned to MP2

Turn: ($3.35) K 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
MP2 checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.75</font>, MP2 calls $2.75

River: ($8.85) K 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A (2 Players)
MP2 checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $5.00</font>, MP2 calls $5.00

Pot Size: $18.85 ($0.90 Rake)

Hand 1: Push. I think BB has a hand but his push is basically a minraise. I'm pretty sure you are ahead of UTG's range so you can stack him.

Hand 2: Looks good to me. If villain had a hand that beats you, he would c/r turn. I think a river push would have allowed him to fold a worse hand. FWIW, his like looks like a scared AK.

I just realised that I had 4.4:1 pot odds on the call on the flop. I really thought that I was against a flush-draw and probably KT+ OR QQ+. Replace AK for QQ+ and I'm in big trouble.
