Move up to NL100 this weak and earn 15000 Vpp at stars playing NL100

Since I was so busy in July I did not complete one of my goals. I have this entire month free besides looking for apartments in the AC area.

1) 20k hands
2) Move up to 25NL
3) Quit when I am playing poorly
4) More importantly play longer sessions when I am playing well (also if I take a bad beat that hurts my profit because I stayed at the table longer than I normally would, don't blame the loss on my inability to quit while I am ahead).
5) Start playing more O8.
6) Start the whole weekly video thing again.

Since I work full time, getting in 50k hands has been a chore, but I still have that goal for July.

2. RAISE AF to >2.5
I need to start forcing others to make a decision for their chips. This will likely lose me a lot of smallish pots from r/r-ing(~20bb), win me some huge pots (>50bb), and prevent me from calling (or c/c-ing) down with marginal holdings (for 50bb-60bb pots).

3. PLAY @ ~17/8
Continue 12-tabling with my new 17/8 style (up from 14.5/4.5)

4. RUN @ >3.5ptbb/100
This is a realistic goal. I didn't make it in May, but I crushed it in June... July?

5. WIN $4k
Again, realistic, but won't happen unless I meet goals 1 and 4.
