i would never call that river. the only hands you beat that he raise/calls PF are QQ and JJ and he will never ever bet those on the river. your line was weak so he might be taking a shot, but i cant put him on a hand either. Hmm, dumbest hands you beat would be KQs or KJs. But its hard to assume those are in his raise/calling range so i would just fold.

I agree i think you are up against a set a majority of the time here and maybe you have the best hand here but i don't think you have the best hand here nearly enough to justify a call.
