Default NL200 top two on paired board getting 3-bet

this played 4-handed on boss
villian is unknown to me; i saw him openlimp with T8o before, but not doing anything really crazy

effective stacks $270

UTG limps, Villian on the BTN raises to $6, i just called in the SB with AQs, BB folds, UTG calls.

i reraise this 4-handed almost always, but here i didnt for no real reason.

Flop is 4 4 Q rainbow. Pot: $20
it is checked around

Turn 4 4 Q A fd possible. Pot $20
i check-raise villians $16 bet to $56
UTG folded
villian reraises to $98; if i called this, we'd both have $165 behind and the pot would be $210.
but what do i do?
