Default 1/2NL cb gets checkraised with passive image

Villain is 18/9/8 over 109 hands and has folded 4/4 cbets.

I've been running extremely passive at this table at 20/16/1.4 over the same amount of hands.

Usually I run at around 3AF and this is a call and see the turn. Now that I have this passive of an image I could not really see him bluffing here in spite of his high AF. Thoughts?
