Default Question about PokerStove and Equity

Whilst analyzing a hand recently, I noticed that PokerStove gave 74s an equity of 22 per cent against 3 other random hands; and an equity against the three known showdown holdings of AA, KK, and JTs in the hand in question of l7+ per cent.

Yet the published probabilities for realizing a flush with any two suited cards is slightly greater than 6 per cent.

How do you account for this discrepancy?

Well for starters making a flush is not the only way 74s can win a pot.

Edit: By the way, what was the board in the hand you were analysing?

the 74s flopped a 4 card draw, and filled on the turn.
