Default QQ preflop

Villan has been pretty aggresive and doubled me up like 4 hands ago. Sorry I didn't get it converted.
5 handed

Villan (+$50)
Hero (~$17)

Hero dealt Q Q

Villan raises to $1.25, Fold, Hero raises to $4.25, 2 folds, Villian raises all in, Hero...

I play alot of sng's so this is usually an easy call. What does everyone else do in this situation?

I assume you're shortstacking 25nl (yuck). Fold.

Table positions?

Also, stats on him? VPIP PFR?

Eh, I'd be 50/50 folding or calling.

If you say hes aggressive and has a high VPIP or PFR you could put him on being overly aggressive with AK.

Also kind of depends on the hands he pushed with before to double you up.

Reload preflop, don't reraise so much, call. If you had a full stack I'd fold.

Play with a full buy-in. If you can't do this, drop down a limit or two. Playing short-stacked has its advantages, but there is so much more money to be made by playing deep stack NL against bad players (which many, many, uNL players are) that it really behooves one to learn the fundamentals of a deep (even if it's only 100 BB to start) strategy. Of course, if you don't want to take the time to learn and don't care that you'll make more money in the long run, feel free to keep playing short. Just realize that if you consistently play short and wind up with a deep stack at a table, your strategy must undergo multiple fundamental changes, else you're pretty much destined to lose it, especially if you're consistently playing short, because you probably won't develop good deep-stack strategy.

Conclusion: Learn to play deep. If you don't want to do that, leave when you get too deep to be comfortable.
