Interesting question with 99

Ok situation.

Im dealt 99 at a table of 6 players, hasnt been too tight. Just a basic turbo sng. 1st Position, blinds are 150-300.

my stack is 2400, all other stacks range from 1500-3500.

Can i actually fold this instead of pushing?

what are the blinds? faq plz. i assume its 100/200? i'd shove if that were the case.
