Re: 3/6 Live; JTo OTB, with a Great, but scarey flop
In retrospect, I think I missed the bet on the river, as I checked behind. Given HU against the PFR, there was a very limited chance that he had a diamond. However, live at the table, the 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] proved to be scarey and I was just happy to get to showdown. Villian SB showed pocket Q's for the flopped set and MHIG.
I think that waiting to the turn to raise ended winning the hand as I am fairly certain that it forced someone holding a diamond to fold on the turn. I thought that this hand was interesting in that given position and the flop, it was a rare non-pair hand in which it seemed right to pass on the small equity edge on the flop to get the raise in on the turn.
