Re: punch me for not folding the flop
I tend to stick it in here more often than I think I should.
It's hard to say since he's unknown.. though if he's looking like he has taggy stats his range is obv most pocket pairs here and maybe some suited connectors. Maybe a hand like TT/JJ. So we're looking at best, a combo draw we are barely ahead of. Yeah, fold. |

Re: punch me for not folding the flop
fold vs unknown. if he does this frequently (thus, his range contains med PPs, SCs, broadways aswell) im way more inclined to push.

I'd fold if it was a complete unknown.

Re: punch me for not folding the flop
I was thinking maybe just calling the flop and raising/betting allin on a safe turn. I guess in this cause this isn't as good because there are a lot of cards besides spades we don't like on the turn. Is that the only reason not to wait till the turn though?
Like for example, if we had AK on A97 twotone flop, and teh same flop action happened, would it be better to wait till the turn? |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I'd push if it was a complete unknown. [/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] duhhh [/ QUOTE ] can you elaborate on this? villain is not a complete unknown, probably something like 20/15 in 20 hands. unlikely to be a total drooler. and if he is paying attention, he knows that the other guy in the pot is a total fishtard. so when he c/r's pretty big before the fishtard acts, how often is really not going to have a flush draw (usually with overs or other combo draw) or a set or a dumbly played overpair? not to mention the bad reverse implied odds i'm laying. |
