loading cash on Full Tilt

My friend is having a problem loading on full tilt right now. It says 600 max, but it says he can only load up with up to 20 bucks. he has not made a deposit in 48 hrs. what is going on???

yes, he does not feel like getting the initial auto responder and waiting indefinitely. Oh, and they dont even have a phone no.
I guess e1 is like me, i have no idea what to tell him either.
Oh well. Just thought maybe someone had been in this situation before.
