That was an obvious quote from Sextons article, and, that outdated fact is irrelevant to this discussion... nice side track however.

After further consideration, you are right, winning 10 tourneys is not important. To much results oriented.

gobboboy is the best NL hold'em player, ever.. I stand corrected.

If you're going to be saying opinions as facts you should at least have current stats and statistics to back up baseless arguments. If you said Johnny Moss was the best poker player today, you would be wrong because he is dead/the game has advanced far beyond his knowledge. But back in 1970 people might have agreed with you.

But that doesn't change the fact that you're a douchebag fanboy.

The world's best NLHE tournament player. Phil Helmuth, Greg Raymer and Allen Cunningham are some of the contenders.

There have been some comments about people being results-oriented. Given a question about whether a short-stacked player should have folded or called, rabbit hunting is not the correct method of determining the answer.

However, results are factored into the question about which horse is the fastest. Of course there's luck in poker, but tournament successes can be considered when determining the best player.
