I'd also rather have 33 here than JJ. A set of jacks is considered if you cold call a cap; however, a set of 3's is often not considered. And you are basically playing for set value. Not that I'd play anything for set value here. You put in 2 BB, so you need to make 15 BB extra minimum, preferably more as you will sometimes lose to a bigger set or a flush etc. That's just not realistic.

hero is in the small blind for 1/2 a bet. not 3 bets.
