Shoving +10BBs is generally bad.

[/ QUOTE ]

um, no. with a bigger ante (1/10 BB) i think shoving for up to 15BB is more or less standard esp. over limpers.

I meant openshoving. Opening the pot for more than 10BBs ist a major spew. I'm also playing a lot of SNGs where correct push/fold strategy is a major part of your ROI. Tools like "SNG Power Tools" even warn you if you want to calculate the push/fold EV difference of a +10BB openshove. Your are only going to get called by hands that have you beat and fold out everything worse.
Obv, if there are limpers already in, a shove of more than 10BBs can be a good play.

This is not an attempt to steal the blinds, it's a value raise with a nice hand.

this is the main point.
you have a good opening hand on the button. As your on the bubble just means you get more FE here. But I would not be terrible unhappy with a call here.
Just make your standard raise and sure call any push.

Sounds good... The amount of buy-in often tells you a lot about how your opponents will act in stealing situations. In micro- and low-limit games, the general Villain doesn't know about re-stealing, but even beginners know you should steal from the blinds. So when you get re-raised from the blinds in a low-limit game, you can assume a good hand if you lack any reads.

In mid-limit games, people know about re-stealing, and you must always assume there's a good chance a re-raise from the blinds is ATC. I'm currently working on my calling range here and I think it's still too tight. AT is definitely in my range though, and a 20R+A is considered a mid-limit game in my opinion.
