Party Poker Check by Mail

I am an American with money on Party Poker. If I cash out my money with a check by mail and have it sent to my brother who lives in England, if he mailed it to me in the States, would I be able to cash this check at my bank?

I know Party Poker doesn't deal with US clients, so I wasn't sure if the check would clear, or if my bank (Bank of America) would even cash it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Just have them send a check to you in the US. My bank (Chase) had no issues with two of them earlier this year. I hear bad things with BoA though... you might want to check out some of the threads on here about them to see what the situation is.

I have Wachovia also. Would that be better?
