Default 5/10 blind battle, probably too weak?

Villain is Padirk165. I have him at 23/10/3 over a couple hundred hands, but we have no history that I can remember. He insta-bet the flop after I checked if that changes anything.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $5/$10 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Hero (SB): $1,068.00
BB: $1,000.00
UTG: $1,624.00
MP: $300.75
CO: $469.00
BTN: $647.75

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
4 folds, Hero raises to $35.00, BB raises to $105.00, Hero raises to $315.00, BB calls $210.00

Flop: ($630) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB bets all-in for $685.00, Hero folds

u basically just don't 4-bet this much and fold on any flops

too many variables can be in play for him to not just have QQ/AA here

you do realize you only have to be ahead here 33% of the time right?

Do you think that he flat calls a 4-bet pf with AK here?
If not, then what do you put him on?

Can the guys in the never fold camp please elaborate on why? Assuming villain is sensible his like entire range that plays this way crushes us doesn't it? Enlighten me please.

If you're 4betting and then folding the flop for a pot sized bet you are going to get destroyed. Once villain just calls preflop I'm shoving pretty much no matter what.

Edit: Also this is a blind battle so ranges maybe different than some who put villain squarely on QQ/JJ. Once hero checks the flop villain is going to shove 100% of his range. We only need to be good he 33%. Call as played; but shove next time.
