Default river play after pushing it on the turn

live 20/40
the CO opens and I defend my BB with A5o. 45yo very solid playing, mostly tight, asian. well respected at the table. (Mr. Dee at Lils)

Flop: AJ2r
I check-raise. When he calls I put him on a AK-A8, KK, QQ, JJ, AJ, KQ, KT, QT

turn: 5
I bet, he raises (he would take this line with a big ace against me), I 3-bet. he calls. I now put him on AK, AQ or AT, maybe AJ

River: Q
my action?

I like a bet/fold. He doesn't seem like he is going to he is going to raise here with anything worse than A5. He will pay off on AK and AT. I don't really like any other option.

Yeah, bet/fold seems like the best play, but I might puss out and check/call instead. It's probably b/f > c/c >>> b/c.
