Default NL25 Missing value?

I'm calling this for flush and straight value PF but I think I'm far too weak when I make the hand I was searching for. Is this a case of being a pussy on the river and not leading?

yes. you should lead both the turn and the river. a lot of times you're going to get checked behind on the turn, and that could be a real disaster, as vulnerable as you are to redraws and scare cards here. river was a total blank, so there's no reason at all not to bet.

River should be a value bet.

Also, I'd just lead the turn instead of CR'ing. CR'ing is bad for two reasons:

1. It may get checked through, and the pot will be small on the river.
2. Check-calling the flop, then check-raising when the flush hits is pretty transparent.

lead turn, lead river. If villain is donkish (which I assume he is from his minrais) I might even 3bet here PF just because I hate minraises and you can sandwich the caller.

I think you lose value and I would bet about 6.25 and even fold if he came over the top of me on that board.

He will call when hes behind, and I dont think he will ever raise you with a worse hand.
