At best I think you are looking to split this hand. You are ahead of only AJ which doesn't seem to make sense given villian's previous play. AK/A10 are likely as is 99,1010. He is clearly looking to play for his whole stack here and his hand is beating AQ. I think this is a pretty easy fold.
