Default Flat Call with the NUTS on the river??????

Live 10 handed 10/20 game. Field in general was playing loose passive with lots of open limping and flat calling raises. 2 limpers, I open Ad 5D in mid position Cutoff, button, BB and 2 limpers come along. A few player reads UTG could have any two at anytime and loves to play big pots, cutoff is playing poorly and seems to be just trying to get lucky. Button is impossible to read because he wears sunglasses. Actually he is very bad and the only memorable hand he has shown was scooping a large pot when after cold calling 3 bets preflop on the button with Q8s he rivered a flush.

Flop Qd 3d 2c
3 checks, I bet, called by cutoff, raised by button, BB folds UTG 3bets, I call?, cutoff and button call.

Turn Ah Qd 3d 2c
UTG bets, I call? Cutoff and button call

River 10d Ah Qd 3d 2c
UTG bets, I call? Co calls button mucks!!! I curse and say Nuts.

While playing the hand my thoughts/feelings were that on the flop it would come back to me capped by the button, in retrospect not taking control there may have led to further mistakes on the turn and river. I did not want to face the 2 opponents to act behind me to call 2 bets cold on the turn and was thinking that given the players involved and the action in the hand that there may have been another diamond draw behind me. How much value did I leave on the table, did I out think myself on the end?

i'm confused with preflop, did you open or were there 2 limpers? i'm guessing limpers so just limp with Axs

flop you should be capping

then betting turn after cap

and raising the river.
