100NL - Turn C/R, River push bluff
Villain is running 24/10/3
On a hand about a half hour before this one, villain called my pfr& C'bet and bet the turn when I checked it to him. Standard I know, but he had done it 6 times between that hand and this one so I assumed he was betting with air/medium strength hands on the turn a lot of the time. I played this hand the way I did not to "take a stand" because he was exploiting me, but because of his wide range in doing so. What do you think? Re: 100NL - Turn C/R, River push bluff
You believe that he is floating flops with a super wide range, one which you are ahead of now if your read is accurate. Why turn your hand into a bluff? C/C the turn, and make a decision on the river. After he calls the turn c/r, river is a huge spew.

I kind of like it from time to time.
Given your read i think the turn ch/r is kind of smart, and river is good. |

Re: 100NL - Turn C/R, River push bluff
I can understand c/r the turn w/air or a semibluff, but with your read a c/c on the turn is fine. Once he does call your turn raise, your river action is total spew.

I'm not really sure if this CR is for value or to protect. Maybe C/C is better. This is some of my confusion. I felt like I needed to put in some aggression because of the history. Maybe he's gotten under my skin enough to make me go monkey. As for the river, a flush and a FH card just hit. I thought there is very few hands he would call with yet I was behind. Low SD value and high FE so I pushed. Is that really terrible? Edit - Second account busted. P Chippa = Bacon Mmmm they both suck anyway |

This guy seems terrible. I wouldn't look to bluff him much at all, certainly not when we probably have the best hand anyway.
