obviously he "should" pay you back. but since his intention was to scam you all along, you're unfortunately not getting anything out of him.

He should pay cause he did not follow the rules. Unfortunately there isen't much you can do about it, except warn others (as this tread has done) about his behaviour.

Hope you have some good luck at the tables to bring in some of the cash!
