Default Playing fulltilt tourny omaha need help

I started playing an Omaha tourney by mistake and I want to know if I played this hand right.

I don't want to mess up the results but I really have no idea what I am doing in this game I think I played it wrong. Also this was very early so no reads yet.... LOL I still don't have any 16 hands in.

You played this hand pretty badly. Quite frankly, I can't believe that a pair of kings held at showdown.

Raise pot preflop.

Check/fold the flop. You have one pair in a multiway pot with no draw. Betting here is total spew, especially a bet as small as yours. It's a waste of chips. No bet will get rid of anybody (even a pot-sized bet). Just let it go.

Standard Hold'em player mentality. "I have two kings and king-queen combos. My hand is teh nuts! Jam, jam, jam!" Omaha players feast off of these types. In Omaha games, there are times where you should bottom sets and even small full houses.

noone knows how to play omaha.. it's like "pot,pot,pot,pot lolz i have backdoor wrap redraw against your openend nut full house draw"

just be glad you didn't enter a hi-lo tourney.. that game is lol
