Agreed, If you are going to call here pf with this hand you need to raise this flop and be prepared to play for stacks. Your only reason to not raise this flop should be to raise most turns and you didnt even do that. His river bet is never a bluff here and is a pretty trivial fold.

PF doesn't look too hot. Given the way you got there, I prob get it in on flop or turn.
